- All submitted articles are first checked by the Editorial Office for compliance with the guidelines on this page and then forwarded to the Editor-in-Chief. Please note that submissions that do not comply with these instructions will be returned to the author for revision.
- All submissions undergo single-blind peer review by at least two reviewers. This review includes the Editor-in-Chief, at least one Editor, and external reviewers when necessary. The Editor-in-Chief’s decision to accept or reject is final. Articles authored by a member of the Editorial Board require an additional external review before acceptance. The median time from submission to the first decision is less than three weeks.
- When an article is accepted, the author designated as the official corresponding author will receive an email to log in to Author Services via the ANCRI Author Licensing Service to complete a copyright form or license agreement on behalf of all authors. Click here for more details.
- After acceptance, the article undergoes sub-editing by an Editor, which usually involves clarifying some points and making changes to align with the journal’s style. The editorial team aims to assist in improving the article and enhancing its readability. The article is then sent to the Production department, and a series of proofs are provided to the author via ANCRI Author Services. Authors are expected to keep changes during the proof stage to a minimum; excessive changes may incur a fee.
- Withdrawal: Authors wishing to withdraw their manuscript at any stage after submission must send an email to journalancri@gmail.com stating their reasons. All authors will be required to confirm their agreement with this request and the stated reason. A manuscript is considered no longer under consideration by ANCRI only after confirmation by the Editor-in-Chief.
Material Retention Policy:
- Unless specifically requested, ANCRI destroys all printed or electronic materials submitted two months after the publication date. If you wish to request the return of submitted materials and have not yet done so, please contact the Editorial Office or Production Editor as soon as possible.
- Post-Publication

- When the article is published online:
- The author will receive an email notification via Author Services if requested.
- The link to the published article can be shared via social media.
- The author can access the article for free after accepting the terms of use.
- Disclaimer
